Bianca Nicholls is the Corporate Immigration Expert at IBN Immigration Solutions. Bianca is a South African and holds an LLB, which she obtained from the University of the Western Cape. Thereafter, she completed her articles of clerkship at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs Inc. “ENSAfrica”, where she spent 8 months in the Tax Department and a year and a half in the Intellectual Property Department, specifically trademarks. She is currently admitted as a non-practising attorney of the Western Cape High Court.
Furthermore, Bianca is considered a high-spirited person, brilliant and hardworking. She has over 9 years’ experience within the mobility industry, specifically African Immigration. Today, her knowledge of law and immigration are real assets to our company.
