We kicked off 2020 with our usual annual planning session for two days. These were followed with an incredible alignment session with our complete team where we got to reflect on our performance in 2019, as well as setting clear goals and objectives for 2020. We had an inspiring guest speaker, Andrea Elliot. She presented an informative and inspirational session. It’s safe to say a lot of employees went home inspired and more driven after that.
I am incredibly excited about numerous upcoming events this year, most notably the opening of our Mozambique office in March. I feel confident that our local partner Karin will be an excellent fit. She has more then 20 years of HR and immigration experience in Mozambique.
March will also see me visiting our office in Kenya, I just hope South African Airways makes it until end of March and hopefully beyond.
Our Bianca visited an AILA event in Prague already and we will both be attending the EURA conference in Spain in May.
We look forward to reporting back on the latest news and updates from the premier international relocation and immigration event in Europe.
I am humbled once again by the incredible team that surrounds me – each person is highly committed to delivering superior service and this year, just like the last, we hope to exceed your expectations!
We had some significant changes in our Namibia team during the past two months. We kept the core team intact, but replaced the country manager. We already see significant service level improvements. The South Africa team is really pulling its weight, this enabling me to focus on important parts of the business outside the daily running of cases.
The focus this year will be to become even more client-centric, in whatever we do, as well as to focus on the proper integration and growth of our three offices outside South Africa.
